Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the dealership and provide a friendly, professional experience
Learn about customers’ needs and guide them toward the right vehicle
Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing options
Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and recent models
Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to deliver outstanding service
Meet and exceed sales goals
