Take on the Cost Manager role at RLB and provide vital cost management services such as forecasting, invoice validation, and procurement leadership. Focus on enhancing project value and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Office Director, your responsibilities will include the preparation of detailed cost estimates and strategic plans.

With minimal supervision, you will manage essential functions like validating invoices and analyzing project changes. You will play an active role in team communications and work toward meeting client objectives through effective cost management practices. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and share periodic cost reports with senior staff
Prepare and review construction-related cost strategies




Supervise cash flow and change order reviews
Ensure proper coding of invoices and liaise with accounts payable
Participate in bi-weekly procurement and change meetings Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related areas
Four years of experience in relevant cost management
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly
Proficient in Excel for comprehensive financial analysis Contribute your technical and interpersonal skills toward effective cost management at RLB.
