Responsibilities include administering learning platforms, configuring user permissions, troubleshooting access issues, and analyzing training data.

Administer LMS and manage user permissions
Perform data analysis and develop learning dashboards




Collaborate with teams to upload and maintain educational content
Ensure compliance through accurate tracking and reporting
Create engaging learning resources on SharePoint Requirements:
Relevant degree in Learning Technologies or similar
Proven LMS experience; Zensai knowledge is a plus
Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data insights
Understanding of learning evaluation practices
