Duties
Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities using computer-based systems.
Support classroom management by organizing materials, managing time efficiently,



and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
Demonstrate team-player qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace.
