This hybrid role focuses on evidence-based education and resident-centered care. In this full time position, you will partner with operational leaders to deliver impactful onboarding and ongoing education programs.

Expectations include delivering hands-on training, validating clinical competencies, and implementing best practices to promote quality care. Additionally, you will facilitate simulations and reflective discussions to bolster staff confidence and improve clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onboarding and clinical education for staff
Facilitate skills training and bedside teaching




Validate clinical competencies and secure practice standards
Design simulation-based learning activities
Mentor frontline staff in clinical settings Requirements:
Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in positive standing
3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
BCLS/CPR certification required
Experience in clinical education or adult learning
