Your responsibilities will include managing litigation, negotiating acquisitions, and drafting essential commercial agreements while collaborating with senior management and external partners.

Key Responsibilities




Handle securities filings and compliance for public governance • Negotiate acquisitions and manage due diligence processes • Draft and review diverse commercial agreements • Advise on employment and workplace legal matters • Develop legal templates to enhance operational efficiency Requirements:
