Manage day-to-day operations of the Snow School
Organize and schedule ski lessons and school bookings
Supervise instructors and desk staff effectively
Conduct cash closeouts and maintain balances
Address guest concerns proactively and efficiently Requirements:
In-depth passion for skiing and the local community
Level 2+ skiing certification (Level 3 preferred)
Experience in leadership roles, particularly in skiing
Familiarity with MS Office and cash systems
