At Generations

Collective, we prioritize integrated, holistic care for individuals and communities. We're currently seeking regulated practitioners licensed in Ontario to join our interdisciplinary teams. Opportunities include full-time, part time, and contract work, with adaptable delivery models offered from our Kitchener site or online. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, client-centered support in diverse healthcare areas
Collaborate with practitioners from various disciplines
Engage in case discussions, educational and quality improvement programs




Contribute to community health initiatives focused on prevention
Support innovative research and program development efforts Requirements:
Current registration with Ontario regulatory bodies
Necessary skilled liability insurance
Experience in reproductive, pelvic, or family health
Strong skills in assessment and documentation
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Help redefine healthcare at Generations by participating in a collaborative model focused on supporting all life stages.
