About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy that underpins the organization's ambitious growth, transformation, and sustainability agenda. The CFO will be instrumental in driving the company's evolution into a global leader in sustainable logistics and industrial innovation, with a focus on infrastructure expansion, unlocking new revenue streams, and structuring complex public-private partnerships. This hands-on, high-impact role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial financial executive with a proven track record in structuring and closing complex,



multi-partner deals, particularly within industrial, infrastructure, energy, or transportation sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, asset management, risk management, and capital planning. They will lead a high-performing finance team and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a builder and a dealmaker, comfortable in regulated environments, and adept at aligning financial strategy with long-term organizational goals. A graduate degree or skilled designation in business or finance is preferred, and bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset. The CFO will be expected to engage in financial modeling, scenario planning, and deal structuring, and to represent the company in high-stakes negotiations with various stakeholders.
