NSB Omega is seeking a Senior Project Controls Advisor for a significant Oil & Gas project in Calgary, AB. This role requires expertise in Project Controls, Planning, and mentoring capabilities.
In this role, you will assist the Project Controls Supervisor in updating processes and tools while providing essential project oversight. You will generate cost reports and forecasts, directly impacting the project's financial aspects. Engage in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and maintain the quality of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and oversee cost reports for project budgets
• Coordinate all project cost control activities
• Support ongoing project controls and change management




• Mentor and develop junior project controls staff
• Participate in Project Economic and Business Risk Assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Solid communication and consulting skills
• Expert proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Your leadership in Project Controls will ensure project success and compliance with client policies.
