Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks to cleaning crew and inspect completed work
• Schedule shifts and find replacements as necessary
• Investigate customer complaints and provide solutions
• Conduct customer service visits to ensure satisfaction
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and WHMIS
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's Licence required
• Cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Able to work from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
