Reporting to the Materials Manager, you will be a key component in ensuring productive material handling on SMT and production lines. Your daily tasks will include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and replenishing Kanban bins. This role is vital for minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver materials effectively to production floors
• Maintain accurate inventory records for traceability
• Perform cycle counts and assist with packing shipments
• Investigate discrepancies to ensure part accuracy
• Support the Supply Chain team in managing inventory levels
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a material handling role
• ERP system knowledge preferred, NetSuite is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments
