Overview

Resident Experience Coordinator for Parkland on Eglinton West in Etobicoke, Ontario. The role focuses on maintaining resident satisfaction, ensuring service delivery meets brand standards, and fostering a positive safety and wellness culture within the team.

Responsibilities

- Maintains quality and resident satisfaction standards for Parkland on Eglinton West.
- Ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
- Establishes processes to utilize formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees orientation of new Residents to Parkland on Eglinton West according to established standards.
- Directs safety and wellness culture of the housekeeping team.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar field.
- 1–2 years in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living setting.
- Experience working with seniors and in seniors’ living or long-term care environments.
- Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course is considered an asset.
