Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote sales
Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and customer flow

Skills
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred,



especially with POS systems and cash handling
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly desirable
Demonstrated ability in customer service, with a friendly and professional phone etiquette
Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and transaction totals
Organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and stocked with merchandise
Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features to customers
Experience in merchandising, upselling, and technical sales is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Knowledge of retail environments, including inventory management and basic store operations
