Rapidly diagnose failures in production testing setups
Lead RCA and implement CAPA strategies
Analyze and refine production workflows using Lean methods
Maintain collaboration between Production, Quality, and R&D;
Update and create SOPs for effective operations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related
Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronics production
Solid troubleshooting skills in electrical systems
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
