Oversee monthly close and full-cycle accounting
Prepare consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements
Guide junior staff in subsidiary accounting tasks
Collaborate on complex accounting matters and compliance
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Requirements:
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably multi-entity
Must have a CPA designation
Proficient in ASPE and advanced Excel
Solid relationship-building skills
Experience with Yardi and REALpac is beneficial Utilize your solid technical skills to foster growth and efficiency within our accounting team.
