Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to foster a welcoming shopping environment
Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, assisting customers in making informed decisions
Assist customers with merchandise selection, upselling relevant products and accessories to enhance their purchase
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote sales opportunities
Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication




Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring product availability

Experience
Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or related fields, is highly desirable
Strong technical sales background with the ability to explain complex products clearly and confidently
Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases
Proven ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Familiarity with cashiering systems, POS operations, and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to build rapport with customers
