Responsibilities
Provide friendly, skilled customer service by greeting shoppers and understanding their needs.
Share engaging product education and explain features to help customers make informed decisions.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including processing payments
Identify customer preferences and recommend complementary items to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain inventory levels through merchandising, stock replenishment, and organizing products on the sales floor.
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products,



store hours, and services while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Assist with additional boutique tasks as needed: packing online orders, store cleaning and merchandising, etc.

Qualifications
Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Dance or performing arts background or knowledge is required.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Calm and confident demeanor to create a positive experience for customers
