Bimose seeks a Regional Education Agreement Coordinator dedicated to enhancing First Nations education systems. You'll craft strategies that align with community needs for student success. With a minimum of five years in First Nations or provincial education, you will play a key role in designing educational frameworks that directly respond to First Nations priorities.
Your expertise will be essential in facilitating the advocacy and negotiation process for a Regional Education Agreement and ensuring transparency in educational reforms. Key Responsibilities:
Design tailored education frameworks for First Nations initiatives
Facilitate advocacy and negotiation of the education agreement
Inform First Nations communities on educational transformations
Coordinate technical tables to advance regional education processes
Meet educational needs of both on-reserve and off-reserve students Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in educational settings
Degree or diploma in Education or related areas
Proven program management and budgeting skills
Understanding of First Nations’ education issues
