We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving change and balancing registers at shift end
Conduct product demos when applicable, highlighting features to encourage sales and upselling opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for engaging a broader customer base
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and balancing registers confidently
Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with merchandising techniques
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly during shifts
Demonstrated ability in customer service, including phone etiquette and active listening
Experience in upselling products or services to enhance sales opportunities
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment
