Lead employment readiness workshops for participants
Customize curriculum to fit diverse learning needs
Guide individuals in job search and retention
Document participant progress and maintain confidentiality
Advocate for disability awareness and inclusive practices Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Valid First Aid Certification and clean Class 5 Driver's Licence
Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities
