Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere at the front desk
Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and recommend suitable services
Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing treatments with precision and care
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times




Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations

Experience
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio of diverse looks and techniques
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and active listening
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Previous retail sales experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to promote products naturally
Experience working at the front desk or handling appointment bookings is desirable
