Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service through clear communication and friendly interaction
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
Assist customers with fueling their vehicles
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including fueling areas, store shelves, and checkout counters
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, perform basic math calculations, and manage cash handling procedures
Monitor inventory levels of convenience store products and restock merchandise as needed
Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift moderate loads as required
