Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients.
Prepare financial statements, working papers, and year-end files in accordance with ASPE.
Prepare corporate, personal, and trust tax returns.
Review client records for accuracy and completeness, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with senior CPAs on planning and advisory projects.
Implement and optimize cloud accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Dext, Karbon, Wagepoint, etc.).
Communicate directly with clients — you’ll be a trusted point of contact.

Who You Are
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or similar environment.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax fundamentals.




Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (experience with cloud tools is a plus).
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client files.
Strong communicator — you enjoy helping clients understand their numbers.
Eager to grow, learn new systems, and take on more responsibility.
