About this role We are seeking a Country Lead, North America Payroll to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across Canada and support alignment with U.S. payroll processes. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while serving as a trusted payroll subject matter expert and partnering across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy in the organization. What you’ll do - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Canada and support North American payroll operations.
Validate payroll inputs including compensation changes, benefits, deductions, time records, and employee status updates.
Ensure payroll compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting, accounting support, and audit activities.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors to deliver payroll excellence.
Resolve payroll issues, inquiries, and escalations.




Drive process improvements, system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are You are a detail-oriented payroll qualified with robust knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a passion for delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Required skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5 years of progressive payroll experience, including demonstrated knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, CRA remittances, and multi-provincial payroll administration.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of payroll controls, compliance, taxation, and audits.
