The Data and Analytics Initiative Department works on data governance and value for the Desjardins Group Security Office (DGSO). As a cross‑sector advisor, you help define and implement data management processes, ensuring data is used securely, compliantly, and strategically.
Responsibilities - Advise data producers and users on data valorization techniques while upholding governance practices.
Train teams on data management processes and controls.
Develop and maintain governance logs, tools, and dashboards.
Identify data governance needs, risks, and gaps.
Implement compliance practices and monitor performance and maturity.
Lead projects related to data governance.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in data governance within a mature model.
Experience mapping and developing business processes.
Knowledge of data quality management and French language proficiency.
Solid communication, analytical, and Agile methodology skills.
Familiarity with IBM Knowledge Catalog and AI use cases.
