Reporting to the Process Engineer, the Process Engineer Co-Op will lead initiatives focused on optimizing productivity, cost, and quality across various operations.

This hands-on experience requires candidates with a background in continuous improvement methodologies to assess and enhance processes and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing processes for relevance and efficiency
Design and commission recent production units
Monitor raw material availability and environmental safety
Collaborate for plant output and safety improvements
Conduct audits and streamline operational procedures Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering
Knowledge of TQM and TPM methodologies
Robust project planning and execution skills
Familiar with AutoCAD and PLC systems
