MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining safety standards. You will lead and guide helper/ labourers from time to time, ensuring the job gets completed to our standards.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of residential and commercial structures, with opportunities to work on diverse tasks that keep the work day engaging and rewarding. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as concrete finishing, framing, siding installation, and restoration projects
Execute carpentry duties including framing, decks, fences, woodworking, and installing siding with precision
Use hand tools for various construction tasks, ensuring quality workmanship in all projects




Assist in heavy lifting and material handling to support team efforts in office
Support restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures using appropriate techniques

Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
finishing, and woodworking techniques
Experience with siding installation and general carpentry practices
Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding apparatus safely
Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols
Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged manual labor
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning recent skills in construction or restoration environments
