Vena Solutions is seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of information across our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our databases and software systems.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Maintain and update records, ensuring all information is current and valid.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Uphold data integrity and confidentiality standards at all times.
Organise and sort source documents to prepare them for data entry.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Familiarity with administrative duties and data management practices.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma; further computer training or certification will be an asset.
