We are currently looking to hire a reliable, organized, and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team and manage the day-to-day financial operations of our growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

· Full-cycle accounting

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Customer invoicing

· HST remittances

· Corporate tax payments and installments

· WSIB reporting and payments

· Bank reconciliations

· Financial reporting

· Sage accounting software

· Managing documentation through online builder portals, as most of our work is with residential builders In addition to handling our daily accounting responsibilities, we are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping our financial records accurate, well-organized, and up to date. At the end of each fiscal year, all accounting records must be prepared in a clear and organized manner so they can be provided to our Chartered Qualified Accountant (CPA)



for year-end financial statements and tax preparation.

The ideal candidate will be:

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Able to manage deadlines and work independently

· Experienced with Sage accounting software

· Familiar with the construction or residential builder industry (an asset)

· Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records
