Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, product recommendations, and retail sales.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hair care options.




Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques, and current products to offer innovative solutions.

Skills
Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Front desk skills such as appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, and managing client flow are advantageous.
