Elevate aviation safety practices as the Director of Safety and Quality at AirSprint. This full time role focuses on flight and maintenance operations, implementing safety policies and practices to enhance operational excellence. In this critical leadership position, you will work directly with the President and CEO to assess and improve the safety and quality landscape of AirSprint's operations.

By providing strategic insights and monitoring industry trends, you'll ensure compliance and contribute to the company’s overall safety vision. You will lead various safety initiatives, continuously improving the management system to foster a solid safety culture. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and oversee operational safety and quality assurance




Deliver annual safety briefings to the Board
Develop metrics for safety and quality functions
Collaborate on the emergency response plan
Oversee Flight Data Analysis Programs Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety Management or related field
Minimum five years in aviation safety programs
Experience in a senior leadership role
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and Canadian passport
Capability to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card Lead the way in enhancing AirSprint's safety measures and quality management systems.
