About The Role Reporting to a senior accounting leader, this position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will work closely with internal teams and contribute to both routine accounting tasks and process improvements.
What You’ll Do
Manage core accounting activities within the general ledger, with a focus on accounts payable
Prepare and review bank, balance sheet, and income statement reconciliations
Oversee inventory-related accounting, including reconciliations and variance analysis
Support internal and external audit requirements
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of accounting processes
What You Bring
Several years of experience in a hands-on accounting role
Strong understanding of reconciliations and routine accounting functions
Experience working with an ERP or mid-market accounting system is an asset
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Clear, skilled communication skills
