We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our team for morning hours only. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation for food preparation and service. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service settings is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping and plating support
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces
Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
Support kitchen staff during busy periods by organizing supplies and assisting with light food prep




Follow hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure food safety compliance
Help with restocking supplies and organizing storage areas for efficiency
Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures at all times

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is advantageous but not mandatory
Familiarity with cleaning procedures within commercial kitchens or hospitality settings is preferred
Knowledge of basic food handling and safety standards is beneficial
Experience with food preparation or cooking tasks can be an asset but is not essential
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under supervision or independently when required
