We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as an Auto Glass Technician Trainee. No auto glass experience? No problem. If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, we’ll provide the training you need to build a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do
Assist experienced technicians with windshield and auto glass replacements
Learn how to safely remove and install automotive glass
Help repair windshield chips
Prepare vehicles and work areas before installations
Learn proper use of tools, adhesives, and equipment
Maintain a clean work area, service vehicle, and tools
Deliver excellent customer service
Follow company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
No experience required—we provide paid training
Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanically inclined or interested in automotive work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Experience That Would Be an Asset
Automotive detailing
Tire and lube technician
Automotive apprentice
Body shop experience
General labour

Glass installation
Delivery or service technician experience
