Responsibilities:
Low voltage cabling and installation Access points and security devices.
Installation of POS, printers, scanners, payment terminals and troubleshooting issues.
-Installation of IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
-Installation security cameras CCTV.
-Able to handle service calls for different commercial customers.
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components
Document and track incidents, problems, and resolutions using Microsoft Excel.
Set up and configure VPN connections for remote users
Conduct computer hardware repairs and upgrades as needed
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with IT infrastructure components such as servers, routers, switches, etc.
Familiarity with desktop support principles and practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: This position may require occasional travel to client sites for in office support.
