Duties
Assist with the repair and restoration of vehicle body damage using hand tools and power tools
Learn to perform basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and priming
Support the team in heavy lifting tasks to move vehicle parts safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols while handling automotive parts, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Observe and learn from experienced technicians during various repair processes
Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand your mechanical knowledge and technical skills
Experience
Prior dealership experience or exposure to automotive repair is a plus but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
Previous mechanic experience or related technical training is advantageous
Strong interest in automotive repair, collision work, or bodywork development
Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions carefully, and work as part of a team
