Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head chef or kitchen manager
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Help with serving food to guests or staff in a timely and professional manner
Operate basic kitchen equipment and POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing when needed




Follow food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices to uphold health standards
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality settings is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Basic kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen setting
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and serve guests professionally
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and reliability

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
