We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a excellent attitude. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a qualified setting while developing valuable skills in staging and cleaning.

We are hiring for multiple locations across Vancouver island

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation homes, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchen, etc using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Working safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated hours
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and promptly

Skills
Experience with custodial, residential or vacation home cleaning is preferred
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients




Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
