We are seeking a skilled and certified Mandt Instructor to join our team in delivering comprehensive training sessions based on the Mandt System. Working closely with an experienced Mandt trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction tailored to diverse participant needs. This role involves training up to 80 participants per month, reflecting on incident reports, and incorporating lessons learned into the training curriculum.

Hourly Rate:
$36–$40/hour (based on experience and capabilities)
Schedule:
Availability to work two consecutive days per week. Specific days can be discussed and finalized upon agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with an existing Mandt trainer to deliver high-quality sessions.
Deliver Mandt System training for sections 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 of Mandt 2.0 and 3.0 manual.
Assist the management team in providing reflections on incident reports and integrating learning lessons into training sessions.
Train up to 80 participants monthly.
Requirements:
Valid Mandt System certification.
Experience:
· Proven background in training 100–200 individuals over the past two years.
· Solid knowledge of community living and social services.
Skills:
· Fluent in English (written and verbal).
· Demonstrated teaching skills with the ability to engage and adapt to diverse participant needs.
· Ability to tailor training methods to meet specific learning objectives.
