Job Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations,
including responsible alcohol service practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bartending or a related role in the food industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude, robust communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented workplace.
