Become a key player at BDO Law LLP as a bilingual Lawyer specializing in Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution. Engage with clients and tax authorities to resolve complex issues effectively. In this newly created role, you will support the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution team, focusing on client communication and strategy development.

You'll draft legal documents, conduct research, and manage disputes from start to finish. Building relationships across BDO Canada's practices to enhance referrals is essential to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and tax authorities on disputes
Draft legal strategies and representations for clients
Conduct legal research related to tax matters
Manage assignments and provide fee estimates
Coach junior counsel and support knowledge management Requirements:
Member in valuable standing with Law Society
Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience
LLM in Tax or In-Depth Tax Course preferred
Bilingual in English and French
