Intact is seeking a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Consultant for our Global head office. This hybrid role is designed for experienced HR professionals who are strategic partners to senior leaders. As a Bilingual Senior HR Consultant, you will collaborate with senior leaders in our Finance groups, providing expert coaching and guidance.

Your experience should include at least eight years in human resources in a non-union environment, with a solid emphasis on project management, conflict resolution, and advantages optimization. You will have the opportunity to lead national projects and contribute to HR process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR advice aligned with laws and corporate values




Participate in management committee discussions on HR strategies
Lead national HR projects and corporate initiatives
Conduct complex HR investigations and conflict management
Develop training workshops for managers and employees Requirements:
University degree in HR or Industrial Relations
Minimum eight years of HR generalist experience
CHRP and/or CHRL designation
Fluent in French and English
