We are currently looking for individuals who can deliver high quality service, initiative and be strong team players. Position is based on a Monday to Friday work week. Opportunities for Education and Growth are an important part of our offerings.

Duties of the position:
Provide daily customer service to a client base via both phone & email
Answer and complete client inquiries
Handle and report claims
Process policy changes on behalf of insurers
Quote and bind on current policies

Qualifications:
RIBO/OTL license required or equivalent experience




Demonstrate excellent customer experience skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Applied Epic is an asset
CAIB or other designation is an asset
