We are looking for Experienced Plumbing/Mechanical - Site Super/Foreman to join our Calgary Team on a full time, permanent basis. As our client base grows - so does our team and we are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team of Allstars!
Education/Credentials
Registered Apprenticeship Certificate
Plumber Red Seal Certificate
Valid driver's license
Experience
6+ years as a certified Journeyman
Has been an onsite foremen for at least 2 Multi Family mix use high-rise projects
Salary $100,000 plus depending on project experience

Job Functions - not limited to
Organize & maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems
Diagnoses design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying problems and needs necessary for the design intent to work properly
Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate man power pertaining to the contract with the developer / general contractor
Responsible for testing all mechanical systems meeting local jurisdictions and engineer specifications
