Become the Accessibility Advisor with WSIB in Toronto or London, focusing on leading compliance and inclusion initiatives. Utilize your AODA knowledge to impact lives positively in Ontario. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Accessibility Enablement, managing compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

You will lead accessibility assessments, update policies, and drive training programs that promote a culture of inclusivity within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the compliance program for AODA and other accessibility standards
Implement and maintain the multi-year accessibility plan
Assess risks and provide remediation for accessibility issues




Facilitate training programs to enhance accessibility awareness
Investigate AODA breaches and manage compliance for recent technologies Requirements:
University degree in Social Sciences or relevant fields
Minimum 5 years of experience with AODA mechanisms
Deep understanding of AODA, IASR, and WCAG standards
Exceptional project management and communication skills
Expertise in using accessibility testing tools like JAWS and NVDA Elevate accessibility standards and make a difference for Ontarians through your expertise in this key leadership role.
