Client, a leading North American telecommunications provider is seeking a dynamic, results-driven AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of next-generation Contact Center AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines robust product ownership skills with a passion for innovation, customer experience transformation, and measurable business value creation.

Key Requirements
10+ years of overall technology experience with 5+ years in Contact Center and Conversational AI architecture
Hands-on expertise/familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, prompt engineering, APIs, Python, and JavaScript
The successful candidate will define and prioritize product roadmaps, partner with business and technology stakeholders, and drive AI-powered initiatives that improve customer service, agent efficiency, and operational outcomes.




Candidates should possess working experience with or strong knowledge of Google CCAI/GECX (Google Enterprise Contact Center AI Experience), Dialogflow CX, Gemini, and Anthropic Claude, including the ability to evaluate and compare capabilities, use cases, integrations, governance, and business value across platforms.
We are looking for a proactive leader who asks tough questions, challenges assumptions, and drives clarity across cross-functional teams.
A solid technical foundation, including familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, prompt engineering, APIs, Python, and JavaScript, is highly desirable.
