We're growing our Ottawa operation and looking for an experienced window and door installer who's ready to step into a leadership role—without stepping away from the work.

At Magic Window & Doors, our installs are custom and our standards are high. You'll lead crews, own the measurement process, and make sure every job gets done right the first time.

What You'll Do
Take ownership of projects from post-sale measurement through installation completion
Conduct precise technical measurements (brick-to-brick, retrofit, frame-forward)
Identify and resolve potential install issues before they reach the job site
Coordinate between sales, production, installers, and customers
Hold installers accountable for workmanship and job execution
Ensure jobs are completed on time, on spec, and with minimal callbacks
Maintain clean, accurate job files through to production

What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on window & door installation experience
Experience leading crews or managing job sites
Skilled in most measurement types:



brick-to-brick, retrofit, and frame-forward
Strong problem-solving skills—you spot issues before they become problems
Organized, decisive, and confident communicating with customers and trades
English required
