Responsibilities will include areas in:
Operations - systems implementation.
Staff supervision, scheduling, training and development.
Customer experience.
Financial acumen/ software implementation - sales, forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
Inventory control, vendor relationships, purchasing and receiving supplies.
Implement health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve business goals and objectives.




Participate in marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
8 - 10 years in a managerial role within the food service/hospitality industry (cafe, restaurant setting).
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Social and friendly with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Primarily a daytime position but must be versatile to work wide-ranging schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Note: Pay rate is negotiable and highly dependent on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and contribution to the business.
