Responsibilities

Lead the broker‑facing Reverse Mortgage sales team, driving national growth, engagement, and performance across the broker channel.

Expand distribution, improve pipeline performance, and increase product adoption through structured execution, training, and market activation.

Develop and execute strategies that nurture broker relationships and foster long‑term commitment to EQ’s Reverse Mortgage products.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align initiatives and deliver value to brokers.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust tactics to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Location The incumbent will work in a hybrid model, spending onsite time at EQ Bank’s office at 2200‑25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
